BITMAN General 90mm PH2-PH2 Impact Double-ended Power Bits — 10-Pack for DIYers
When a regular bit won’t reach the screw at the back of a deep hole, this is the one you want.
Product Description
Most screws around the house are Phillips #2 — but some of them sit deep. Inside a desk frame, behind a cabinet panel, at the bottom of a countersunk hole, or on a 3-inch deck screw that needs every millimeter of reach.
The BITMAN General 90 mm 10-Pack gives you ten double-ended PH2 bits with the extra length to get into those tight, deep spots. One pack covers 20 working tips — keep one in the drill, one in the toolbox, and a few in the junk drawer. No more reaching for an extension when you don’t have one.
Key Features
- 90 mm Extra Reach — Gets Where Shorter Bits Can’t : At 90 mm (about 3.5 inches), this bit reaches into deep furniture frames, cabinet interiors, deep pilot holes, and countersunk screw holes where a standard 25–65 mm bit falls short. No extension needed.
- 10-Pack = Stop Losing Bits Mid-Project : A 10-pack means you can leave bits where you need them: the drill, the toolbox, the junk drawer, the garage. Finish the shelf, the chair, and the deck on the same day.
- Double-Ended — Flip It, Don’t Replace It : Both ends are #2 Phillips tips. When one end shows wear, flip the bit around and use the other side. One bit lasts twice as long.
- 1/4″ Hex — Fits the Drill You Already Own : Works with every cordless drill and impact driver on the market. No adapter, no guesswork.
- Built for Impact — No More Rounding Out Screw Heads : Cheap bits slip and strip fresh screws. This one is impact-rated, so it seats into the Phillips recess and holds — even on long deck screws and stubborn deep fasteners.
Applications
Around the House
- Assembling flat-pack furniture with deep frame screws (desks, wardrobes, beds)
- Reaching screws inside deep cabinet carcasses and bookshelf uprights
- Mounting TVs, soundbars, and floating studs set back from the wall
- Hanging curtain rods deep inside window frames
- Tightening hardware behind drywall access panels
Outdoor & Garden
- Driving longer deck screws (2.5″–3″) into joists and hidden fastener systems
- Fence posts, gate hardware, and pergola brackets set in deep holes
- Raised beds and planter boxes with recessed screw points
- Shed framing and outdoor storage assembly
Workshop & Hobby
- Driving screws deep into workbench tops and thick timber
- Deep pilot holes in hardwood and laminated beams
- Cabinetmaking: hinge plates, shelf pins, deep joinery
What It Fits
- Long #8–#10 wood screws (up to ~3″)
- Deck and fence screws
- Deep-reach cabinet and furniture fasteners
- Any PH2 screw sitting in a recessed or countersunk hole
This is a Phillips screw bit — it’s not for masonry, concrete anchors, or nuts and bolts. For very deep access beyond 90 mm, use a bit holder extension.
When to Reach for the 90 mm Instead of the Shorter 65 mm
Pick the 90 mm when:
- The screw sits more than about 25 mm below the surface
- You’re driving long deck or fence screws
- You’re working inside deep furniture frames or cabinet carcasses
- You’ve ever said “I wish this bit was just a little longer”
Stick with the 65 mm for everyday shallow fastening where extra length just adds wobble.

FAQ
Q: Why 90 mm instead of a shorter bit?
A: For deep-reach work. If the screw head sits below the surface — inside a frame, in a countersunk hole, or on a long deck screw — a short bit can’t A: seat properly. The 90 mm reaches in without needing an extension.
Q: Will the extra length make it wobble?
A: A longer bit flexes a little more than a short one, but at 90 mm it’s still short enough for most impact-driver work. For very deep holes beyond ~90 mm, use a bit holder extension instead.
Q: Do I really need 10 of these?
A: Most people think they don’t — until they lose one in the couch, strip one on a deck screw, and leave another in the drill they lend to a neighbor. Ten is how you stop thinking about bits.
Q: Will it fit my cordless drill?
A: Yes. The 1/4″ hex shank works with every cordless drill and impact driver sold for home use.
Q: What do I do when a tip wears out?
A: Flip the bit end-for-end. When both ends are dull, swap in a fresh one from the pack.
